- Assist and facilitate the patient’s transition from a hospital or other healthcare facility to their own environment by providing the necessary healthcare services without interruption.
- Help the family better meet the needs of the patient at home through counseling, teaching, and coordinating community services.
- Maintain patient functions appropriate to individual capabilities, lifestyle, and stage of life.
- Administer quality healthcare services in the home when caregivers are unable, unwilling, or unavailable.
About our Staff
Beacon of Light, Ltd. is committed to the unceasing pursuit of a culture of total quality by strengthening the organization and focusing on our services so that we may better serve our clients.
Our staff consists of home health aides, LPNs, and RNs.
Our employees have completed medication administration training, CPR/First Aid, competency tests, and background checks.
They participate in case conferences and are subject to supervisory visits to ensure that your needs are being met.
